I've found that using 4 and 3 as the Width and Height are just too small to yield a nice image. Now, choose the Home tab and use the Pencil tool to create a pattern using various colors.
As you do so, try to imagine a tie-dye T-shirt pattern or just go to Google Images and search for tie-dye. Do you enjoy indulging in a bit a wallpaper whimsy now and then?

Creating your tie-dye images The first thing you will do is create a folder full of miniature tie-dye images in Paint. Most recently, he has been a regular contributor to BreakingModern. Download and install The Okozo Desktop application is available several places on the Web, but I will point you to the appropriate page on Download.

I really hate browser toolbars, and I know many of you do too. Get animated wallpapers Before anything interesting can happen, however, you will need to download some animated desktop wallpaper.
The Okozo website Figure B has some good free selections to choose from and is a good place to start. I downloaded one of the clocks and one of the lights wallpapers. Figure B The Okozo website has free animated desktop wallpaper. Each animated wallpaper has its own set of controls that can be reached by right-clicking the system tray icon.
I tried the clock first -- pretty cool and very practical Figure C. Figure C Always know the time. Figure D Look at these Rainbow Lights. Word of warning. The software will change your wallpaper automatically, but it doesn't matter the further operation.
If you don't like the wallpaper, you can click on the "square" button in the software to stop the changing. Now the window of BioniX Wallpaper Animator is opened. You should click on the button "…" to select the folder which contains the GIF image that you want to set as wallpaper. Then configure the image on the right column of the window. You can also set the "animation" parameter and "wallpaper style". When you finish the configuration, click on the file name to apply your wallpaper.
Now you'll see the animated wallpaper is on at your desktop. If you want to stop the animation, click on the button "Stop" at the bottom right corner. If you don't know the meaning of these parameters, you can try a new number for them, then you'll know the effect of these parameters.
Click on the "minimize" button to continue your work. But you can't close the window by click on the button "X", otherwise your wallpaper will no longer be animated.
